We’re coming to the end of yet another month, and I’d like to share with you guys some of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July 2025. This list contains a variety of maxis match and alpha custom content, including hair, makeup, clothing, challenges, accessories, and more.

I personally use most of the Sims 4 cc finds for July on this list, but I have also included those I don’t use, but find unique and interesting. All the items are compatible with the base game. Enjoy!

Tropical Bikini Top and Bottom

It’s summer in Sims 4, and I know you’re probably looking for stylish swimsuit options for your male and female Sims. This Tropical Bikini Top and Bottom by Joan Campbell is a vibrant, sun-ready piece, and one of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July.

The Bronzed Beauty Collection is a summer collection designed for beach days, resort vacations, and hot girl summers. It contains a geometric halter dress, a crochet-style two-piece set with a mermaid skirt, a sleek cut-out one-piece swimsuit, and a hand-woven beach bag.

All the pieces come in multiple swatches, so you can choose a color that suits your style and taste. I love having this on my Sims 4 cc finds for July list as it gives me everything I need to create my Sim’s next summer ensemble. Just find the right hair and makeup for the clothes, and your Sim is good to go.

The Enchanted By Nature EP recently dropped, and everyone has been asking me to find cute Sims 4 Fairy CC they can add to their gameplay. I stumbled upon this Forager Essentials pack, which is a whimsical custom content set, perfect for nature lovers, cottagecore storytellers, and fantasy gameplay.

The pack contains different variations of hats, sling bangs, and backpacks, all designed with leaf patterns and mossy textures for your Forager Sims. You can add these little accessories to your fairy Sim’s outfit to complete their whimsical look.

Bedelia Hairstyle

The Bedelia Hairstyle by Simstrouble is a romantic, boho-inspired look styled with a long, voluminous ponytail that flows down the back in soft waves. They add a whimsical, fairytale feel to the hair, making it perfect for fantasy Sims or summer festivals.

The flower basket, on the other hand, is handwoven, and it overflows with muted pink flowers. You can use this to brighten up any romantic or shabby-chic room. If you want to build a pastel-themed office or bedroom, I highly recommend getting this cc.

One of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July is these Rayo Pants. I love the quirky lace-up detailing at the front as it adds a charming vibe to my Sim’s look. The high-waisted, wide-leg pants look like sweatpants, so you can use them to complete casual and laid-back ensembles.

You’ll find the pants in multiple shades, each with a contrasting lace to create an interesting visual element.

Summer Breeze Tanktop (toddler)

It’s an adorable collection of quirky, stylized décor plants for your Sims 4 interiors. Each planter features a playful design. Some of the plants in this set are a bunny pot with a flower crown (#2), a sleepy-leg succulent pot (#1), a kawaii pink bear planter (#5), and a citrus-faced cactus holder (#7).

Deena Lipstick

Unidentifiedsims has quickly become one of my favorite custom content creators. I’ve used a good chunk of their cc to make my lookbooks, so I had to include them on this list of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July.

The Airhead Tattoo is a large, detailed skull surrounded by splattered ink and surreal patterns. This design wraps around the left leg and comes in 10 colors and 5 shades of black. It’s available for all Sims from teen to elder, and works across all genders. The tattoo is HQ compatible, comes with a custom thumbnail, and is disallowed for random. If you want to give your Sim that edgy and punk rock look, you need to download this.

Laurel Lipstick N252

The Laurel Lipstick N272L is a sleek and sultry lipstick designed with an ultra-glossy finish. This shiny lipstick is perfect for creating the illusion of full-bodied lips for your Sims. It comes in 16 stunning swatches, from nude browns and peachy pinks to deep plums and vibrant reds.

I’ve used this lipstick in CAS, and it looks stunning on female Sims. It’s compatible with the HQ mod, so you get clear and crisp imaging in-game.

Urban Edge Sneakers with Charms

If you want a bold, playful footwear choice with quirky personalization, get these Urban Edge Sneakers with Charms. They’re high-top sneakers that come in 20 vibrant shades. This includes fire-engine red and lime green.

The reason why these sneakers are one of my favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July is because they feature unique decorative charms. These are stars, smiley faces, hearts, and beads, which are strung through the laces for extra flair.

Your Sim can rock these sneakers as a statement piece or use them to add a quirky flair to their outfit. I love a good pair of boots, and these Chynthia Boots are my all-time favorite Sims 4 cc finds for July. The over-the-knee heels have a sleek, form-fitting silhouette and a subtle cuffed detail near the ankle. They’re a fierce and fashionable pair that come in 24 rich shades, giving you a wide range of styling options for your Sims.

The boots are fully HQ compatible and can be worn by Sims aged teens to elders. I’d pair these boots with a trench coat and tights for cold weather or a dress.

Rebel Gal – Brooke Skin

The Brooke Skin from the Rebel Gal Collection 01 is a high-definition custom skin blend designed to give your Sims a soft, sculpted, and ultra-realistic appearance. It comes in 24 skin tone swatches, ranging from fair to deep. However, the deep shade isn’t dark enough to create a black Sim.

You can choose between three eyebrow options – dark, light, or none, depending on your Sim’s look and style. Note that this is an alpha-style skin, so it enhances realism while maintaining a sleek, stylized vibe. I recommend using it to create models, influencers, or fashion-forward Sims.

Douyin Skin

If you’re into asian aesthetics and beauty standards and want to recreate the same in-game, get this Douyin Skin. It’s a fair skin blend inspired by the soft-filter aesthetics of Chinese beauty apps like Douyin (TikTok).

The skin preset comes in 20 fair swatches, all offering smooth porcelain-like textures and subtle highlights. You’ll find the skin in the skin details category, and you can use it on Sims aged teen to elder.

Love Island Challenge

The Sims 4 Love Island Challenge is a romantic reality TV–style gameplay challenge inspired by the hit show Love Island. The goal of the challenge is to create a group of attractive single Sims (usually eight, four male and four female, or a mix depending on your gameplay style) and move them into a luxurious villa or island house. Throughout the challenge, Sims must form romantic connections, couple up, and survive weekly eliminations. Players orchestrate dates, recoupling ceremonies, drama-filled interactions, and even surprise new arrivals to stir the pot. The aim is to mimic the drama and romance of the actual show.

Gameplay is driven by player decisions, random events (like drawing cards or spinning wheels to trigger twists), and relationship-building mechanics within the game. As the challenge progresses, some Sims are eliminated while others deepen their bonds, aiming to become the winning couple by the end. I suggest using mods like MC Command Center and Wicked Whims to enhance the drama, but you can also play it without the pack in the base game. Sol Soul Challenge

The Sol Soul Challenge is a legacy-style gameplay challenge focused on living a rich, meaningful life without ever having children. It’s created by Tumblr user @pearllovesgold, and the challenge lets you play as a single Sim or couple who reject the traditional family path in favor of self-fulfillment, romance, career growth, friendships, hobbies, and travel. You begin as a young adult with limited money (no cheats), build relationships, maybe attend university, adopt pets, and pursue personal aspirations without ever choosing the family-oriented route. The challenge encourages you to explore a different kind of life narrative, one that doesn’t revolve around parenthood.

Each life stage in the Sol Soul Challenge has unique goals:

• As a young adult, your Sim might attend university and adopt a pet
• As an adult, they could get married, start a business, or pursue creative hobbies
• As an elder, the Sim focuses on legacy, reputation, and completing a “soul’s journey” before passing on peacefully.

The Nanny Challenge

The Nanny Challenge is a Sims 4 Rags to Riches challenge with sitcom flair, inspired by The Nanny (1993). The main goal of this challenge is to charm the kids, outshine the Rival, marry the Boss, and serve unforgettable looks along the way.

You’ll play as a wildly underqualified, fabulously overdressed, and totally unforgettable nanny who seduces their way to the top. If you like villain storylines, this challenge is for you. It allows you to step into the heels of a bold, chaotic nanny who accidentally lands a job in the mansion of a rich, emotionally reserved single parent and proceeds to shake up their prim-and-proper world in the most glamorous way possible.
