Each social interaction has custom moodlets that affect your Sim’s emotions and relationships. These include:
Choose Violence: Available when Sims are angry, this interaction can escalate conflicts dramatically. I love using this on NPC Sims.
Lie About Where You’ve Been: Your Sim can introduce deceit into relationships, leading to trust issues.
Boldly Flirt: Flirt with Sims in relationships to stir jealousy and potential breakups.

It’s designed to infuse festivities with unexpected tensions, such as stirring the pot with family members and engaging in provocative conversations. For instance, you can ask a family member who the father of their child is or give relationship advice to another family member.
After installing the mod, a “Holiday Drama” pie menu will appear when you click on your Sim. You’ll get multiple interactions designed to elicit varied reactions from other Sims around you. This can be anything from amusement to offense. The other Sims also receive the option of clapping back at your interactions.
If you love themed-holiday celebrations like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter, you need to add this mod to your gameplay. It will spice up your dinners, making for a fun-filled night.
Messy Relationships Mod

Luckily, with the Messy Relationships Mod, I can spice up my romantic storytelling with betrayal, scandals, infidelity, and more.
The main aim of this mod is to infuse your Sim’s love life with heightened tension and complexity, which creates tumultuous relationships. It introduces 22 unique mean-spirited interactions accessible under the “Messy Relationship” social menu. These include:

Witnessing Parental Fights

Children: Receive a +5 Sad moodlet labeled “Witnessed Parents Fighting,” lasting for two hours.
Teens to Elders: Experience a +5 Embarrassed moodlet with the same label and duration.

Plastic Surgery
Sims have the option to undergo plastic surgery to change their appearance and add narrative possibilities related to self-image and transformation. I like using this to create botched Sims with horrible surgery scars.
Dirty Secrets and The Burn Book
You can gain the trust of other Sims, learn and expose their secrets, and record them in a “Burn Book.” This feature can lead to public shaming and altered relationships, introducing consequences for social actions.
Public Scrapping
Your Sim can engage in or witness public fights, which adds spontaneous conflict to community spaces and affects social dynamics.
Brawling Mod

This is one of my favorite mods for spicing up my Sims 4 gameplay. The mod introduces a series of animated physical altercations between Sims. The brawls are non-lethal, which makes your gameplay more fun without being overly gory and dark.

New Fighting Interactions
The mod adds several custom interactions under a new “Brawling” pie menu within the Mean category. These include:
Face Punch
Face Slap
Groin Kick
Ground Fighting (introduced in version 1.2)
Ground Throw (introduced in version 1.3)
Each interaction is accompanied by unique animations and sound effects, designed to blend seamlessly with the game’s aesthetic.
Custom Buffs and Moodlets
Engaging in brawling interactions can result in over 30 unique moodlets, such as angry, dazed, embarrassed, and sad.
Additionally, certain traits, such as Evil, Snob, or Hot-Headed, may trigger exclusive buffs, adding depth to character reactions.
Fitness Skill Integration
The Ground Throw interaction (version 1.3) incorporates Sim’s fitness levels, but the initiating Sim requires at least level 3 in Fitness.

Cancel Culture Mod

You’ll engage in exaggerated forms of activism to gain followers, popularity, and reputation. First, you must create a Social Network profile to access a new “Performative Activism” skill. As this skill levels up, your Sim will unlock a range of interactions that parody various online social justice behaviors, such as publicly calling out others and boasting about moral superiority. These actions can increase your Sim’s followers, fame, and reputation.
To spice up your online persona, your Sim can cancel other Sims online and in person. This action can lead to the targeted Sim losing fame and reputation, especially if they’re celebrities.
Sticky Drama App

Everyone loves gossip and “tea,” which is why you need to add the Sticky Drama App mod to your gameplay. This lighthearted mod infuses your game with spontaneous and humorous gossip from anonymous sources.
After installation, load the game, click phone, and select the “Read Sticky Drama” option. This action triggers a pop-up notification containing a piece of gossip or drama, sourced from a pool of over 120 unique messages.
These snippets are purely for entertainment and don’t impact gameplay mechanics. All your Sim has to do is read the juicy gossip to add flavor to their Sim’s experiences.
I know there isn’t much to this mod compared to the other Sims 4 drama mods on this list. But still, it adds a unique dimension and aspect to your game.
Love Triangle Mod

Have you ever wondered what would happen if your Sim gets involved romantically with two Sims? The Love Triangle mod introduces this concept in-game for a drama-filled storyline. Your Sim will face various emotional interactions and consequences, such as a divided heart, sneaking around, and finally deciding between the two love interests.
The love interests can also discover the infidelity and demand an explanation or provide an ultimatum. For example, they can end the relationship or force your Sim to make a choice. Note that all these interactions lead to various emotional states, like jealousy, resentment, or acceptance, depending on the choices made.
