I’m SO excited to share this list of y2k cc with you! I’ve been compiling it for a while now to find the absolute best custom content that will really give your sims that y2k aesthetic.
This post is mostly maxis match cc, but I did throw in a few alpha pieces to give you as many options as possible for creating your y2k looks.

I like to think of this sims 4 cc pack as y2k meets modern day. All of the CAS items are very instagrammable. The “clover” skirt with the “millie” slippers will really give you the look you’re going for.
You’ll find 12 cc clothing items in this pack with 25 swatches included. This pack is a total must-have!
2. Bratz Sims 4 Y2K Collection by greenllamas
OMG! I LOVED Bratz. They were my childhood. And their fashion was everything! I don’t think there’s anything that screams 2000’s style more than Bratz.
This sims 4 cc collection includes 14 CAS items total and plenty of swatches to give you variety.
3. Sims 4 Senior Year Y2K CC Pack by jellymoo
I really felt like this pack shows off more of the casual and laidback looks of the early 2000’s which we don’t get to see a lot of. The collection comes with 3 full outfits including hairs for each and gives off total cool girl vibes!
*My game wasn’t launching when I tried to play with the Dionne cc file included, but once I removed it, the pack worked fine!
4. ‘You Can’t Sit With Us’ Sims 4 Y2K Dress by Trillyke
This sims 4 cc dress is actually based on a dress from a y2k aesthetic music video. It’s a must-download for your game. And hopefully, you get the movie reference that goes along with it!
5. Not Cool Sims 4 Mini CC Collection by demondare
You know when someone says they’re not cool, but they’re most definitely cool? That describes this pack to a tee!
The plaid pants in this sims 4 cc mini collection really give off that badass, cool-girl vibe! When you download this collection, you’ll get 3 CAS items: the plaid pants, a graphic tee, and a fishnet accessory top.

How amazing is this recreation of a y2k skirt?! This style of long skirt was very cool in the early 2000s, especially with some chunky platform sandals.

8. Sims 4 Jelly Platform Sandals by Trillyke
Jelly shoes were definitely a vibe in the 90’s. Trillyke has made them into platform sandals with little daisies on them which is SO y2k.

9. Sims 4 Glitter Y2K CC Pack by imvikai + greenllamas
This sims 4 cc pack is SO cute and FULL of amazing CAS items! The hair barrettes included in this pack are a total necessity for your sim’s y2k wardrobe.
In Glitter, you’ll receive: five hairs with two additional accessories, makeup, six tops, three dresses, two pairs of pants, a skirt, and two pairs of shoes.
10. Sims 4 Y2K CC Clothes Pack by BotoxBrat
This y2k pack is full of adorable alpha cc clothes. Tiny skirts, delicate crop tops, and gorgeous cardigans are the stars. Everything you need to put together the perfect girly 2000s outfit!

I’m in LOVE with these pants! They are so freakin’ cool. Your teen sims will absolutely love these. Perfect for wearing to the skate park.
12. Rowan Sims 4 Y2K CC Hair by jellymoo
How adorable is this hair? When I styled my y2k sim, I had her hair bleach blonde in this style because that was VERY popular at the time.
The bandana is actually an overlay so you can make it whatever color you would like to match your sim’s outfit. How cool!
13. Sims 4 2000’s CC Collection by Sentate x Trillyke
This cc clothing pack is meant to replicate a lot of styles from the 90’s, but I still think that many of the pieces are applicable to y2k fashion. The leopard dress and camo outfit (Destiny’s Child anyone?) in particular really scream 2000s to me.

The butterflies and camouflage are key indicators of y2k fashion. This top has both of them. The Phrankie top is a must-have for creating casual, but cool, 00s looks.
15. Pretty & Savage Y2K CC Pack by aretha
Just like the first pack that I shared with you, this has 2000s meets modern-day vibes to it. But the hairs and the “amber” top in the butterfly swatch are VERY y2k.
I absolutely love this pack for my teen and college-aged sims whether I’m going for a specific look or not. There are so many great pieces included. You must check it out!
16. Sims 4 Y2K CC Clothes Pack by pinealexple
This pack by pinealexple gives me such sims 2 nostalgia. I’m not sure if that’s what they were going for but I’m being transported back to playing Sims 2 on the Gamecube and DS.
Now that I’ve gone down memory lane, let’s go over this pack. You’ll be getting a new top, a t-shirt, pants, and the Trixie hair (iconic!)
17. Sims 4 Y2K Baby CC by simstefani
Obviously, this is sims 4 alpha cc, which I’m usually not a fan of, but I had to add this pack to the list because of its very Mean Girls aesthetic.
This pack is called Y2k baby and comes with 8 new CAS items for your drop-dead gorgeous sims!
18. Feels Like Summer CC Pack by aretha
This pack doesn’t scream y2k to me, but it does have a few pieces that I think could give your sim that hot girl 2000’s look.
Put together the ‘daisy’ lace tank and the ‘kira’ denim skirt and you’ve just recreated another outfit straight from Mean Girls! I also think the necklace is so Y2K and so is the daisy dress.

I’m OBSESSED with this top. It gives me such Sims 2 vibes that I can’t even handle it. I use this all of the time. You need this y2k cc top! Trust me.
20. Sims 4 2000’s CC Pack by dyoreos
This cc pack was definitely made for the 2000’s cool kids. The baggy pants and one-sleeve shirt are the stars of the pack. You can put them together for a trendy look that doesn’t make it look like your sim is trying too hard.
21. Sims 4 Bucket Hat by nucrests
You didn’t really think I could end this list without including a bucket hat? Come on, it’s become the ultimate y2k fashion accessory.
If you’re looking for a well-done sims 4 bucket hat, this is the one to go with. The texture is beautifully made and there are TONS of swatches.
22. Sims 4 Y2K CC Pack by aharris00britney & ayoshi
This is a newly released cc pack by the one and only AxA. It is heavily influenced by early 2000’s clothing and culture. It even includes Britney Spears Gucci Sunglasses from 2007.
I’m SO happy that they created this 2000s cc pack and I can’t wait to play around with it!

This adorable cc outfit comes in 10 swatches for both the bottom and top and is a total must-have for your sim’s 2000s wardrobe.
